We’re in Stonehouse, around 20 minutes from Gloucester and Stroud and half an hour from Cheltenham. Most of our work is in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cirencester and the Cotswolds, and we regularly film in Bristol, Bath and across the South West.
Being local means we can visit your venue beforehand, turn up early and keep travel costs down.

Questions we’re often asked
How much does video production cost in Gloucestershire?
Filming is from £100 + VAT an hour, from £400 + VAT for a half day and from £800 + VAT for a full day. Editing is charged separately and depends on how many films and versions you need, and live streaming is quoted to suit your event. We always send a clear written quote first.
Do you live stream events in Gloucester and Cheltenham?
Yes – conferences, AGMs, concerts, church services, sport and launches, at venues across Gloucestershire. We can stream to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Teams, Zoom or a private password-protected page.
Where are you based?
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire – between Gloucester and Stroud, just off junction 13 of the M5. We work across Gloucestershire, Bristol and the South West, and further afield when needed.
How quickly can you deliver a film?
Event highlights are usually ready within a few working days. Promotional and brand films typically take one to two weeks after filming, depending on feedback rounds. Tell us your deadline and we’ll plan around it.
Are you insured?
Yes – we’re fully insured, including public liability. Certificates are available on request for your venue or event organiser.
Is your drone work legal?
Yes. We’re a CAA-registered drone operator and fly lightweight sub-250g camera drones, which can be flown commercially without extra certification. For jobs that need a heavier drone, we can arrange the right certification.
Do you also film weddings?
We do – our wedding films live on a separate site, whitevillaweddings.co.uk.
